Small World

The world is too small and this city is even smaller.

I told myself I wouldn't do what I did, but I did it anyway. Blame the Blue Moon; blame boredom, blame a wasted night. Nonetheless I was right. I felt the vibe. She's deep. Vulnerable. Creative, thoughtful. This makes her dangerous.

Should I find out she's water I'd still be okay. I reached out based on the vibe. I invited her in. Left it in her hands. The trouble starts when she accepts. if she accepts. The signs have never let me down. I only screw up when I don't heed the warnings - when I don't follow the signs.

These days need to move faster.
